The Jit Homes φ70 roller (DJSD-7110) is designed for frameless double sliding glass door applications within the D7100 Series.
Large φ70 diameter roller assembly engineered for the overhead support of heavy-duty frameless glass panels. The increased wheel size creates a wider contact surface with the track to reduce rolling resistance and ensure silent movement across the rail.
Internal precision bearings provide a smooth travel path for consistent door operation under high-load capacity.
Manufactured from stainless steel with a polished finish, it is built to perform reliably in the high-humidity conditions of wet-area shower environments.
The D7100 Series accommodates glass thicknesses from 5/16″ to 3/8″ (8–10 mm) and can also be custom-made to support 1/4″ (6 mm) and 1/2″ (12 mm) glass thicknesses.
The series supports a maximum door weight of 176.4 lb (80 kg), with a maximum door width of 73″ (1854 mm) and a maximum door height of 79″ (2000 mm).
Designed to work in conjunction with the other D7100 Series hardware components, it supports installation lengths of 60″ (1524 mm) and 73″ (1854 mm) to suit a range of standard shower enclosure configurations.
