The Jit Homes adjustable 135° glass-to-glass shower hinge (Model JSH-2066) features chamfered edges with a rounded corner hinge design, developed for frameless glass shower door systems.
The hinge accommodates glass thicknesses from 1/4″ to 1/2″ (6–12 mm).
It is manufactured from solid brass and finished with a polished surface for wet-area use.
The hinge structure is rated for glass doors with controlled movement under regular operating conditions.
It supports a maximum door weight of 99.3lb (45kg) when using two hinges.
When three hinges are used, the maximum supported door weight increases to 121.3lb (55 kg).
A self-return function is provided within ±15°.
The return angle can be adjusted during installation to ensure accurate door closing.
The hinge features a standard mounting design for easy installation.
The hinge provides a maximum opening angle of ±90°, allowing standard swing door operation in shower installations.
The maximum supported door width is 27.56″ (700 mm) when two hinges are used and 31-1/2″ (800 mm) when three hinges are installed.
