The Jit Homes φ70 roller (DJSD-7110A) is designed for frameless double sliding glass door applications within the D7100A Series.
High-capacity roller configuration using a set of 8 large φ70 wheels to distribute the weight of dual sliding panels more effectively across the track. Four rollers per glass door increase the number of contact points, providing extra stability and smoother travel for heavy-weight frameless glass.
The φ70 wheel diameter increases the rolling circumference to minimize mechanical friction and ensure quiet movement along the rail.
Manufactured from stainless steel with a polished finish, it is built to perform reliably in the high-humidity conditions of wet-area shower environments.
The D7100A Series accommodates glass thicknesses from 5/16″ to 3/8″ (8–10 mm) and can also be custom-made to support 1/4″ (6 mm) and 1/2″ (12 mm) glass thicknesses.
The series supports a maximum door weight of 176.4 lb (80 kg), with a maximum door width of 73″ (1854 mm) and a maximum door height of 79″ (2000 mm).
Designed to work in conjunction with the other D7100A Series hardware components, it supports installation lengths of 60″ (1524 mm) and 73″ (1854 mm) to suit a range of standard shower enclosure configurations.
