The Jit Homes anti-jump clamp (DJSD-7120) is designed for frameless double sliding glass door applications within the D7100 Series.
Threaded safety bolt is designed to be installed through the glass and into the roller bracket assembly.
If the door panel is lifted vertically during operation, this pin hits the bottom flange of the track, preventing the roller wheels from derailing or jumping off the rail. Includes spacers to protect the glass edges from metal contact.
Manufactured from stainless steel with a polished finish, it is built to perform reliably in the high-humidity conditions of wet-area shower environments.
The D7100 Series accommodates glass thicknesses from 5/16″ to 3/8″ (8–10 mm) and can also be custom-made to support 1/4″ (6 mm) and 1/2″ (12 mm) glass thicknesses.
The series supports a maximum door weight of 176.4 lb (80 kg), with a maximum door width of 73″ (1854 mm) and a maximum door height of 79″ (2000 mm).
Designed to work in conjunction with the other D7100 Series hardware components, it supports installation lengths of 60″ (1524 mm) and 73″ (1854 mm) to suit a range of standard shower enclosure configurations.
